I suppose the title of this post says it all, but HURRAH, Wondermind is a finalist in for an SXSW Interactive Award in the Educational Resource category. Wish us luck please – we find out on March 13 2012!

Hi All,
I’m really happy to tell you that last night the Tate Movie Project won the BAFTA in the ’Interactive’ category in this year’s Children’s Awards! It beat Moshi Monsters, The Land of Me and CBBC Hacker & Dodge Pup Stars.

The sun is out and we’re having a brilliant day – not only have we just launched our new game, Barbara’s Garden, but we’ve just found out that both Barbara’s Garden and The Secret Dancer have been nominated for Webby awards.
A Webby is like the web equivalent of an Oscar, so we’re very pleased that we’re being considered!

Guess what?
Tate Kids has been nominated for two Children’s BAFTAs this year. One in the animation category for the Art Sparks films and one the whole website for Learning – Primary.
We can’t believe it, we’re all so happy. We find out if we win at the end of November and hopefully we’ll get to go to the show and meet Dick and Dom who are hosting. If you have a message for them, let me know!
Also, there is a BAFTA kids website where you can vote for your favourite film, website, game and tv show. It’s definitely worth a look.
